Lieu d’arts sonores à Rennes
Le Bon Accueil à Rennes est un lieu dédié aux arts sonores. Soutenu par la région Bretagne, l’État et la ville de Rennes, il propose expositions et concerts et collabore avec de nombreuses structures et festivals.
Le Bon Accueil propose « de découvrir le rôle que joue le son dans la sculpture, comme extension de l’œuvre au-delà de ses limites visuelles, sa capacité à lui ajouter une certaine temporalité ou un sens de la narration (…) Cet axe prend autant en compte les dispositifs cinétiques qu’électroniques générant des sons sans pour autant délaisser l’usage du son enregistré.
Au fil des saisons, de nombreux artistes ont été présentés à Rennes et à Caen tels que Frédéric Le Junter, Pierre Beloüin, Pe Lang, Zimoun, Aernoudt Jacobs, Artificiel, Pierre-Laurent Cassière, Alexandre Joly, Jeroen Vandesande, Christoph de Boeck, Pierre Bastien et Void.
L’édition 2018 du festival ]interstice[ permet de porter plus loin nos échanges et d’associer à notre programmation Le Bon Accueil avec quatre artistes qui s’y sont produits depuis 2017 :
Adam Basanta, Rubén D’Hers, Graham Dunning et Tristan Ménez.

Focus Le Bon Accueil
Le Bon Accueil in Rennes is a space dedicated to sound art. Supported by the region of Brittany, the ministry of culture and the city of Rennes, Le Bon Accueil offers exhibitions and performing arts and works with many other structures and festivals.
Le Bon Accueil proposes « to discover the role that sound may play in sculpture, as an extension of a piece beyond its own visual limitations, its ability to add a certain time or narrative aspect to the process (…) This direction takes into account the kinetic systems as well as the electronic systems that generate sounds without so much abandoning the use of recorded sound. »
Over the years, many artists have been invited in both cities of Rennes and Caen as Frédéric Le Junter, Pierre Beloüin, Pe Lang, Zimoun, Aernoudt Jacobs, Artificiel, Pierre-Laurent Cassière, Alexandre Joly, Jeroen Vandesande, Christoph de Boeck, Pierre Bastien et Void.
The festival ]interstice[ 2018 is a way to go one step further in our relationships and associate Le Bon Accueil to our program with four artists :
