Red Horizon est composée de 15 doubles pendules composés d’une lumière blanche et d’un petit haut-parleur qui se déplacent au gré de l’imprévisibilité du mécanisme.
L’ensemble forme un champ de particules visuelles et sonores, hypnotique et captivant, jouant sur les variations du son et la persistance rétinienne dans l’espace. Le système à partir de règles simples fait apparaître un comportement d’ensemble complexe.
Red Horizon consists of 15 double pendulums composed of a white light and a small loudspeaker that move according to the unpredictability of the mechanism. The ensemble forms a field of visual and sound particles, hypnotic and captivating, playing on the variations of sound and retinal persistence in space. From simple rules, the system reveals a complex overall behaviour.
